As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Compute Platforms & Network Services , , you will lead complex, cross-functional technology projects impacting clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your main role is to serve as the AI Enablement Leader, focusing on Traditional AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will shape strategies, identify key AI use cases, ensure alignment, and support AI initiatives across the organization, emphasizing ROI and time to market.
You will influence AI adoption, provide visibility into AI deployments, and become a thought leader in AI. Your analytical skills will help break down objectives into manageable tasks, while your technical fluency will enable effective resource and budget management. Strong communication skills are essential for fostering stakeholder relationships and managing risks. In this role, you will help develop new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic program plans that align with organizational goals and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee the execution of complex technology projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
- Shape and coordinate cross-CP-NS strategies, focusing on Traditional AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Identify key AI use cases, ensure alignment, eliminate duplicities, and roll out initiatives across the organization.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive AI roadmap.
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions integrated with strategic systems and processes.
- Serve as a liaison between CP-NS teams, IP and GT AI teams, and stakeholders, offering domain-specific insights and collaboration.
- Collaborate with enterprise AI teams to leverage technology stacks, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive AI literacy and adoption through cross-functional engagement and training initiatives.
- Evaluate AI products and tools, influencing departmental and enterprise-wide AI product roadmaps.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
- Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
