- Own the program strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for CPQ, CFE and associated AI solutions aligned with Gas Power business priorities.
- Manage the overall program budget, including the identification of annual scope and budget requirements, as well as the monitoring of monthly budget pacing to ensure financial targets are met.
- Act as single point of contact for stakeholders, own stakeholder management and prioritization across single or multiple sub-businesses aligning with project management execution cycle, clear and proactive communication, governance, user adoption, lean product landscape, and value realization.
- Identify business needs, define requirements with clear business benefits, and translate them into actionable product features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Ideate opportunities to automate manual processes while driving simplification, standardization, and operational rigor.
- Drive measurable business impact through scalable, user-focused digital solutions that improve decision-making, process effectiveness, and operational performance.
- Conduct rhythmic cadences for prioritization of requirements, enhancements, defects, and releases in partnership with functional, governance, and technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Establish and monitor product and application performance metrics, user feedback, and support trends to identify improvement opportunities and guide continuous enhancement.
- Aligned with CPQ and CFE, partner on AI initiatives from ideation to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
