As the Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) lead within our global IT PMO team, you will drive the successful execution of various Enterprise AI programs and projects, including the implementation of new technology solutions across corporate IT. In this role, you will work closely with senior IT leaders and partners across NVIDIA and highly skilled technical teams to ensure global consistency and timely delivery in accordance with PMO processes. Your responsibilities will include challenging and clarifying program objectives, developing and maintaining comprehensive roadmaps, assessing program complexity and identifying potential risks, proactively removing roadblocks to accelerate progress, and inspecting and assessing the health of programs, providing corrective input, and raising issues for rapid resolution. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions with agility and speed.

What you'll be doing:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive the strategic roadmap and execution for Enterprise AI partnering with critical business units.

  • Lead and manage the execution of multiple, concurrent, and complex programs and projects.

  • Partner with Engineering and multi-functional leadership to innovate and reimagine solutions in the Enterprise AI domain.

Project Management & Execution

  • Define project scope, success criteria, budget, and resource requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and lead multi-functional dependencies and risks across organizational boundaries.

  • Communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders, focusing on scope, budget, and velocity to manage expectations.

  • Engage the project steering committee for critical decisions and guidance.

  • Foster interaction and collaboration with multi-functional teams and leaders at all organizational levels.

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of 15 years of total experience, including 10+ years successfully leading complex technical programs within a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment.

  • 3-5 years of specific program management experience driving  AI Infrastructure programs. 

  • Proven technical proficiency in AI concepts - specifically related to AI Infrastructure and Platform capabilities for running Agentic workflows, Inference, Capacity management and Observability. 

  • Expertise in Agile execution methodologies is essential.

  • Ability to deliver solutions effectively and navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with the capability to articulate the connection between high-level strategic objectives and detailed project execution.

  • Adept at engaging with IT and business leadership to remove roadblocks and drive projects forward.

  • Willingness to collaborate with distributed, global team members across various time zones.

  • Demonstrated success in building and shipping AI products and platforms at scale. 

  • Experience in leading critically important production systems, using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to drive operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Adeptness at working effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to evolving priorities and requirements.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
