We're looking for an experienced Principal Technical Enablement Engineer to join our Training team. Reporting to the Director- Technical Enablement you'll be responsible for:
- Facilitating/coaching/teaching technical audiences
- Defining and outlining curriculum and courses for product knowledge, technical training and onboarding
- Building and improving onboarding process for solutions consulting organization
- Creating and developing engaging collateral for use and reuse to deliver technical or business content
- Leveraging data to identify gaps and key learning opportunities for the partner community
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 12+ years of experience in technical enablement experience in Pre/Post-Sales Enablement or equivalent position
- Minimum B.Tech degree or related field
- Experience in security and cloud management technologies and products
- Ability and desire to explain technical concepts to all kinds of stakeholders
- Experienced and comfortable delivering sessions in a virtual or onsite environments
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Analyze trends and patterns, and provide an action plan to improve the ramp time of technical sellers
- Experience acting as trusted advisor and mentor to the new hires, liaising with internal colleagues as required
