In this role you will get to provide advice and consulting as a technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) to resolve problems. Remove impediments, reviews work for completeness, and meets or exceeds customer requirements. Solve a variety of business problems with innovative solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
- Consults on the execution of advanced solution strategies.
- Provides technical expertise; SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Works with company leadership and Project Managers to deliver professional technical services and solutions.
- Maximizes customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice.
- Stays up to date with current trends and developments.
- Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, quality assurances, management, etc.).
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure on-going improvements in quality and service.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
