Ingredion is looking for a strategic digital leader to drive the transformation of global supply chain and operations processes. This role combines architecture, project delivery, and innovation to implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency and business value.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end digital technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of impactful solutions
- Oversee solution design, testing, and implementation in line with business and quality standards
- Assess and optimize the software portfolio, define KPIs, and develop strategic roadmaps
- Manage vendors, procurement, and budgets to ensure value-driven investments
- Translate business needs into digital strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Support change management, team training, and risk mitigation across implementations
- Drive innovation and digital maturity by leveraging emerging technologies across supply chain and operations
Qualification Required:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong experience in supply chain technologies such as SAP, MES, Blue Yonder, Aspen, or Infor
