Be the Driving Force Behind the xBid Buyer Experience
At Xome, we're transforming the real estate industry through innovative technology and exceptional service. As our xBid platform continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to own and elevate the remote bidding experience from start to finish.
As the Principal, Strategic Operations – xBid, you will serve as the dedicated owner of the bidder journey and the primary point of contact for all xBid activity. You'll build relationships with buyers, coordinate auction activity, manage critical transaction processes, and partner closely with Operations, Auctioneers, Legal, Escrow, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless experience.

About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for all xBid bidder inquiries and support needs.
Guide new bidders through onboarding and resolve system-related issues in partnership with the xBid development team.
Build strong relationships with buyers by understanding their investment preferences and purchasing goals.
Match bidders with eligible properties and provide relevant property information and data.
Coordinate bidder funding and ensure wire transactions are completed accurately and timely.
Support bidders with bid placement and ensure a smooth auction-day experience.
Partner with auctioneers to ensure all bids are received and submitted accurately.
Manage post-sale communications and facilitate fund disbursements to law firms, escrow agents, and bidders when applicable.
Conduct outreach to prospective bidders and execute campaigns designed to drive platform engagement and growth.
Track platform enhancements and collaborate with technology partners to support implementation and adoption.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Real estate foreclosure experience required.
Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
High attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions and wire processes.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, technology, and customer-facing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems and process workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in foreclosure, auction, real estate, default servicing, or related industries.
Familiarity with auction platforms, transaction coordination, or buyer support functions.
Experience partnering with product or development teams to improve processes and user experiences.
