Raytheon is seeking a proven, high performing Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner (HREP). The HREP will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Organization. In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will partner and collaborate with the HREP Manager and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission.
What You Will Do
- The Principal Specialist, HR Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups.
- Models Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems
- Executes critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisition
- Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners
- Models consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
- Drives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development
- Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications in support of strategic objectives
- Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations. Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in handling employee relations issues
- Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
