As Product Owner, you will work with the Product Manager for Customer 360 (C360) and the development team to ensure C360 meets the needs of its users to ultimately better serve our customers.
What You Will Do:
- The C360 Product Owner supports the C360 Product Manager by interfacing with the development team.
- Responsibilities include:
- Gathering or clarifying business requirements
- Creation of user stories to effectively communicate business requirements into dev requirements
- Assist in QA testing of new features and bug fixes
- Support agile process: daily scrums, sprint plannings, retros and backlog refinement.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in product management
- Experience with agile methodology
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in aerospace industry
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Familiarity with SQL
Shifts/Work Hours:
- Shift Timings - 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM IST to align with time in Montreal (EST)
This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.
Onsite: Hybrid
