You will lead deep-dive sourcing for our executive search team, uncovering passive experts in machine learning, biotechnology, materials science, robotics, and engineering who will drive our scientific breakthroughs.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

• Comprehensive talent-mapping initiatives leveraging academic publications, patent databases, and conference proceedings
• Bespoke sourcing campaigns to engage passive, high-impact researchers
• High-touch candidate outreach and relationship management
• Pipeline health dashboards and market-trend reports for leadership
• Training and mentoring programs for junior sourcers

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed

• PhD (or equivalent) in ML/AI, engineering, biology, materials science, robotics, or a related scientific field
• 7+ years of technical or executive sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
• Deep familiarity with academic research landscapes and specialized sourcing tools
• Proven track record placing senior/executive research talent
• Hands-on use of AI-powered sourcing platforms
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
