- Lead strategic customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realization
- Architect end-to-end BigPanda solutions across workflows, integrations, data design, and production go-lives
- Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and operational transformation priorities
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex architecture decisions, implementation risks, and customer requirements
- Build reusable playbooks, best practices, and architecture patterns while mentoring other Solutions Architects
- 8+ years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
- Experience leading complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
- Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
- Comfort writing code in Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, or solution delivery
- Strong consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
