- Lead complex customer engagements and shape solution strategies for large-scale investment and manufacturing projects
- Translate customer requirements into integrated process solutions, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and commercial value
- Challenge assumptions, uncover new opportunities, and position Sartorius as a strategic partner throughout the customer decision-making process
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for strategic customer initiatives
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer priorities to influence portfolio positioning and business growth
- Drive adoption of integrated Sartorius solutions and support successful execution from opportunity creation through commercial handover
What Will Convince Us
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in consultative sales, business development, management- | solution consulting, or complex solution selling within the life science industry
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect technical concepts with strategic, operational, and financial outcomes
- Broad understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, workflows, and customer investment environments
- Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across executive, technical, and operational audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate a complex stakeholder environment without direct authority
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills combined with a consultative such as hunting mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and structured opportunity management processes, paired with willingness to travel globally (>50%)
- Business fluent in English, German skills will be a plus
