Job Description

Help customers and/or partners understand the value of Infobip solutions and services

  • Deeply understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our solutions and products can help them evolve their business
  • Advise customers on best practices in the industry to improve their business outcomes 
  • Continuously identify and design new and innovative solutions to meet customers’ business needs
  • Collect the technical requirements and design complex technical solutions and service integration plans.
  • Guide and support the team in handling technical and security questionnaires.
  • Conduct captivating demos and POCs
  • Conduct scoping exercises and provide service quote estimation

Implement solutions for new and existing customers

  • Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation
  • Configure/customize complex Infobip solutions to meet customer’s business requirements 
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Conduct consulting and solution enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries. 
  • Create conversational workflows and strategies (natural dialog flows, wireframes and templates) for Answers and other Infobip product

Act as a technical advisor on the company level

  • Provide consultative guidance to the leadership team, offering insights on challenges and opportunities in and outside the region, enabling informed decision-making at higher levels
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to operate outside of the immediate role by actively engaging and contributing to cross-functional projects, leveraging expertise beyond the Solution Engineering domain.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by actively engaging with Solution Engineering, Customer Support, Product Development, Business Analytics and other teams, ensuring seamless cooperation and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to internal initiatives and focus on continuous development

  • Document solutions and best practices and share them within the department (e.g. through active participation in the Community of Practice)
  • Have an in-depth overview of market feature requirements and provide feedback to steer the development of products’ features
  • Mentor junior team members and newcomers
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Infobip's products and solutions, both technically and commercially, staying updated on changes and upgrades.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer-centric, client-facing roles, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, with experience as a trusted advisor in complex technical projects, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms, workflow design, or communication technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, with a history of working across diverse teams like Product Development, Customer Support, and Business Analytics to drive unified goals.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to offer consultative guidance and insights to influence high-level business decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in project implementation and scripting, (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go).
