Thredd is looking for a Principal Client Solutions Consultant to join our growing Americas team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Thredd brings its technology to market, leading the pre-sales designing and delivering solutions that help our clients launch, scale and succeed.
In this versatile and hands on role, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and commercial growth, supporting opportunities across new business, account expansion and product commercialisation. Every day will bring new challenges, variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast growing region.
What you'll be doing as a Principal Client Solutions Consultant
- Leading technical discovery, qualification and solution design for new business and strategic growth opportunities.
- Designing and presenting tailored payment solutions that demonstrate the value of Thredd’s platform.
- Supporting product commercialisation to ensure internal teams are enabled to sell new features and capabilities confidently.
- Collaborating across teams to align solutions with technical and commercial goals.
- Delivering product demonstrations, client workshops and technical documentation for RFIs, RFPs and Proofs of Concept.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing guidance through design, implementation and growth phases.
- Sharing regional insight and market expertise to support Thredd’s continued expansion across the Americas.
What you'll bring to the Principal Client Solutions Consultant position
- Deep knowledge of payment technology platforms and issuer processing
- Prior experience in fintech or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in pre sales, solution consulting or technical sales, translating complex client needs into effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong affinity with both sales and technology, bridging commercial objectives with technical capability.
- Confident in delivering engaging presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops to clients and internal teams.
- Skilled in technical writing, creating clear and compelling responses for RFIs, RFPs and solution proposals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
