JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer at Operative!
Are you passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and leading technical innovation? Operative is looking for a well-rounded Principal Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development to join our dynamic team.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Strong background in Java/J2EE, Microservices, and Spring/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/Angular, RESTful Web Services, and multi-tier distributed web applications.
- Expertise in RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, JMS, or SQS.
- Solid understanding of TDD, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to design and implement high-concurrency, high-performance applications.
- Experience leading small teams and driving technical excellence.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
- Exposure to AWS, Serverless architectures, BDD, and Performance Testing.
- SaaS or online advertising technology experience.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
