Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support via phone, email, or tickets opened in the tools used by the company
  • Apply consultative solutions and assist in problem analysis
  • Ensure the quality of services delivered and achievement of agreed service levels and satisfaction
  • Review technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating and testing issues in the environment
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer technical support
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester onward) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
  • Analytical and communicative profile, focused on problem-solving
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them independently
  • Basic knowledge of programming logic
Preferred Qualifications:
  • English and/or Spanish
  • Knowledge of logistics systems (WMS)
  • Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages
  • Experience with operating systems and computer networks
  • Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions
  • Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications
