We're looking for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance solutions. You'll be a key player in our integration team, focusing on the development of APIs , microservices and integrations that power client implementations and our products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust, clean solutions that not only handles data pipelines but also strategically integrates with various AI/ML cloud services to unlock new capabilities and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and integrations.
- Architect and implement data pipelines and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with our data science and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI and machine learning models into our existing architecture.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges related to data flow, system performance, and AI model deployment.
Must Have Skills:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a backend or full stack developer with a strong foundation in a modern language like Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and have experience or a strong desire to work with AI models, APIs, and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservice architecture.
- Expert at designing,building and deploying robust, scalable systems.
- Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in deploying CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with PaaS in AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI.
- Solid communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
