What you’ll achieve
As an IT Principal Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships
You will:
•Create automation, deploy open-source software, interact with APIs, and enable CI/CD to create new cloud features, harvest/visualize metrics, monitor health/performance/capacity, etc.
•Work with platform engineers in designing, building and maintaining PaaS platform (Cloud Foundry)
• Deployment and orchestration of Docker containers on Cloud platform
• Work independently on day-to-day monitoring and operations of cloud and legacy applications
• Handle critical operation tasks as well as on-demand requests

Essential Requirements
• 8 to 12+ years of experience with B.E / B.Tech.
• Strong experience with Linux, Networking and storage fundamentals
• Kubernetes - Administration, RBAC, POD Security, Operators, NGINX ingress controller, HELM, Service Mesh - Istio
• Programming & Automation - Shell scripting, Python, Ansible (proficient in one lanuage)
• Strong working experience with application architecture, HA, DR, Infrastructure services (DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall, TLS certs, web servers, reverse proxies, GIT)
Desirable Requirements
• Knowledge in systems telemetry and monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace Splunk, etc.)
• Good to have experience with PCF
