About the role
This is a hands-on, strategic individual contributor role.
You will shape UX direction across multiple products while staying close to execution, defining how complex, data-driven experiences come together across the platform and contributing directly to the most challenging design problems.
What you’ll do
Lead cross-product UX initiatives and define direction across solution spaces
Connect team-level work into a coherent, end-to-end platform experience
Stay hands-on—contributing to flows, concepts, and interaction models
Ensure solutions scale across workflows, products, and journeys
Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders on roadmap and priorities
Work closely with engineering to ensure solutions are practical, buildable, and delivered with high fidelity
Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and define clear design approaches
Mentor designers and raise the quality of work across teams
What we’re looking for
Deep experience designing complex B2B SaaS or platform products
Strong systems thinking across multi-product environments
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
Hands-on design expertise in complex domains
Experience with data-heavy, analytics, or AI-adjacent systems
Experience designing for highly regulated environments
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to operate independently in ambiguity
Proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows
Expected to maintain regular overlap with US and global teams (~2–3 hours daily), with flexibility for key meetings
