What You'll Do
  • Architect and oversee highly scalable, secure systems that power our financial solutions.
  • Build and optimize AWS infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
  • Champion Infrastructure-as-Code and secure networking practices.
  • Administer Linux and Windows servers for peak performance.
  • Lead incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple development teams to enhance reliability and quality.
  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep experience with AWS architecture and services.
    • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, networking, and security.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies and their enterprise applications.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and leadership ability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and managing large-scale, secure cloud environments.
  • AI knowledge is a big plus.
