- Responsible for the overall analysis of OEX product teams, including modules such as buy/sell/convert, homepage, discover, trading, etc.
- With a strong business or product sense, develop a sustainable analysis system and produce analytical reports
- Propose and design experiments to scientifically measure uplift and continuously optimize user experience.
- Monitor product performances, Identify potential product issues and proactively connect with the right PIC on the solutions.
- Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboard, to improve efficiency of fetching and analyzing data.
- Work closely and collaborate with different teams to drive product targets
- Need to support teams across different time-zones.
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or any relevant fields;
- Experience in crypto trading is required.
- Minimally 8 years of experience in Data Analysis/Market Analysis/Industry Analysis/Business Analysis;
- Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in proficiency in Excel, SQL and other tools
- Able to work independently on data analysis and report;
- Experience in blockchain industry and exchange is preferred;
- Experience in growth departments in internet companies is preferred;
- Proficiency in English as a working language, and Mandarin as the role will require you to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
