EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Principal SAP HR/PY Analyst II in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located at headquarters in Germantown, MD.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze existing IT solutions in support of HR and Payroll business processes for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop new processes and solutions within existing production applications and evaluate and implement new business applications.
  • Leverage SAP experience and knowledge to support best practices with proven understanding of process integration within the SAP landscape.
  • Provide hands - on support for various business groups through problem solving, HR/Payroll configuration, functional documentation, testing, developing system documentation, and training materials.
  • Partner with other members of the applications support team and subject matter experts/functional analysts to drive process and systems improvements throughout the HR/Payroll organization.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field plus 12 years of IT experience using SAP ECC Payroll.
  • Must have 12 years of experience in each of the following: SAP HR and R3 Configuration (IMG)- Payroll, Time management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management; SAP ABAP HR - RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement, Forms, Workflow); and HR SaaS solutions, such as Success Factors, Taleo, Kronos, and the integration with SAP.

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $147,784.00 - $157,972.50
