Principal Sales Engineer AI

AI agents are non-deterministic. They hallucinate. They produce unexpected outputs. They behave differently in production than in any test environment. They drift. They degrade. Legacy GRC tools were built for predictable software and cannot monitor what changes continuously.

Disseqt closes that gap. With regulations like the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 now mandating full lifecycle AI governance, enterprises using Disseqt are winning regulated deals, faster and with less risk.

As our first Principal Sales Engineer AI in EMEA/UK, you will bridge the gap between rapid AI innovation and institutional-grade compliance, owning the pre-sales technical lifecycle end-to-end.

You will report to the COO of Disseqt AI and will live at the intersection of Product Engineering, GTM, Enablement, and Solution Architecture. You’ll partner with Account Executives to deeply understand enterprise requirements, translate them into secure technical solutions, and serve as a trusted technical advisor from initial evaluation through to deployment and expansion.

You will be highly visible, managing crucial relationships across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and their enterprise end-clients. You need to be a masterful communicator comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, moving work forward through clarity, deep domain expertise, and strategic influence, not just code.
Note: frequent travel to London is required. 

• Own the Technical Cycle: Drive the EMEA pre-sales technical cycle end-to-end. Partner with Account Executives to win competitive technical evaluations and prove why Disseqt is the gold standard for Agentic AI assurance.

• Architect Leading Edge AI Solutions: Work directly on bleeding edge trailblazing enterprise AI use cases across Customer Experience (CX), Operations, and Process Automation.

• Navigate Complex Architectures: Build and validate architectures leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. You will get deep, hands-on exposure to all leading LLM models and deployment patterns, both in the Cloud and On-Premise.

• Architect GSI & Enterprise Trust: Build deep technical credibility with Enterprise Architects, Solution Consultants, and deployment teams at top-tier GSIs. Speak their language, understand their cloud/data build patterns, and confidently guide their architecture decisions.

• Bridge Product & Engineering: Identify emerging enterprise use cases and deployment patterns in the field. Deliver rigorous feedback to our Product and Engineering teams in India to help shape and build out new Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) .

• Be the Face of Disseqt: Travel frequently to customer sites, industry events, and workshops. You will run deep-dives and build relationships across the Dublin and London tech/fintech ecosystems. 

• The AI & Enterprise Mix: You understand the mechanics of LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows, but you also understand enterprise guardrails, data lineage, and risk mitigation of AI deployments by compliance teams.

• Multi-Model & Multi-Cloud Expertise: You are comfortable working across different foundational models and ecosystems (OpenAI/Copilot, Bedrock, Anthropic, Gemini) and understand the nuances of hybrid/on-premise deployment constraints.

• Regulated Industry Fluency: You aren't intimidated by compliance. You understand (or can rapidly master) the friction points created by regulators like the FCA,PRA,Ofgem and Central Bank of Ireland.

• Partner-Facing Gravitas: Experience working alongside or within GSIs (e.g., HCLtech,Cognizant,Infosys) to deploy complex software into legacy environments.

• The "First SE" Hustle: You thrive in ambiguity. You are excited to build the EMEA pre-sales playbook from scratch, acting as an individual contributor who can code a solution but prefers to win via strategic architecture and relationship building. you will lead our product direction based on customer requirements.

• Experience: 4+ years in a senior or principal technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting) focusing on Enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, Data Infrastructure, or Fintech/Regtech

• Technical Depth: Practical familiarity with model orchestration, prompt engineering, and guardrails across AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex/Gemini, Azure/Copilot, and private/on-prem deployments.

• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record delivering automation, operational efficiency, or advanced CX solutions in an enterprise setting in BFSI or TMT.

• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. Ability to command a room whether talking to a developer or a C-level risk officer.

• Mobility: Based in or near the Dublin office and attending 2 days a week, with the willingness and flexibility to take frequent short trips to London for workshops and client deep-dives.

You will be the foundational technical field presence for Disseqt AI in Europe. You’ll have a massive seat at the table in defining our GTM strategy, influencing our global product roadmap, and securing the world’s largest financial institutions as they transition into the agentic era with AI Assurance from Disseqt.
