What you will do:
We are seeking an individual with deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning to drive cutting-edge research and development in artificial intelligence. You will lead research projects in NLP and develop novel algorithms and techniques to improve large language models (LLM) efficiency, interpretability, and performance on real-world tasks. Focus will be on advancing the state-of-the-art LLMs and their applications across diverse domains. You will partner with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into scalable production systems, guide and mentor researchers, foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning with an eye to regulatory and ethical considerations in deploying AI technologies. You will also address complex challenges in understanding, summarization, reasoning, and personalization in AI-driven systems, publish high-impact papers in conferences and journals, and represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and academic forums.
What you will bring:
A minimum of 8 years of research experience in deep learning and NLP, with in-depth understanding of and significant contributions to LLMs or equivalent technologies, including pretraining, fine-tuning and optimization techniques, proficiency in developing and evaluating advanced machine learning models for NLP tasks
