Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional who can combine technical expertise with collaborative leadership to deliver high-quality products. You will help shape QA practices, work on complex solutions, and champion continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Apply deep technical expertise to guide team members toward achieving strong quality outcomes. Provide mentorship and share knowledge across the team.
- Understand how business drivers influence quality and processes, and recommend practical solutions and risk management strategies.
- Operate independently while collaborating across functions on strategic initiatives, including resource and budget planning.
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear and structured manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Apply advanced QA methodologies to analyze, design, and execute test procedures for complex or cross-functional solutions.
- Investigate and document root causes of defects, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Utilize QA tools, environments, and test automation solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product domains, business processes, and customer usage scenarios.
- Facilitate triage and troubleshooting sessions to address customer concerns effectively.
- Lead discussions within QA communities to evolve methodologies, frameworks, and tooling.
- Promote sustainable, high-quality standards for all products.
- Contribute to technical forums, patents, and innovation events focusing on QA.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and compliance.
- Support the adoption and improvement of testing tools and processes; evaluate and recommend enhancements.
- Participate in measuring and reducing the environmental impact of QA activities and tested applications.
- Mentor and coach team members of varying experience levels to enhance QA skills.
- Contribute to structured onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives for new colleagues.
- Provide collaborative guidance on test automation strategies, QA processes, and functional coverage.
- Engage in QA community activities to share insights and best practices.
