Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting project scope, execution, and budget for the Icertis GovCon platform, ensuring alignment with sales and contracting organization. Also, responsible for basic configuration and platform updates and coordinating resource for more advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Project & Platform Management: Supporting platform administration, configuration, updates, and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring swift delivery, clear communication with Sales & Contracting organizations, and high quality.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed plans for projects and updates and status reports to guide administration, execution, and alignment with organization's objectives and expectations.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide system issues and updates, assign responsibilities, and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by performing designated system administration tasks at an expert level, including platform configuration, maintenance, and validation activities, taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks, and aligning resources when work falls outside the scope of this role.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying platform knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies in Government contracting and the Icertis GovCon product roadmap. Owns critical platform administration responsibilities, while also leading future platform enhancements and implementation. Works with minimal oversight across functions and organizations. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
