A Day in the Life:
- Lead enterprise-level ERP transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on D365 implementation and optimization
- Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and business objectives
- Establish and enforce project governance, holding teams and individuals accountable to key milestones and deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage change, mitigate risks, and ensure successful adoption across the organization
- Translate complex business needs into structured project plans, roadmaps, and actionable workstreams
- Quickly build a deep understanding of systems, processes, and team dynamics within the first month
- Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications to ensure transparency and alignment
- On-site as needed to drive critical project milestones forward
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, and implement strategies to keep initiatives on track
What it takes:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or ERP implementations
- Exceptional change management skills, with a track record of driving adoption across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive, results-driven relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including onsite presence for key phases and milestone events
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Open to full-time or 1099 contractor candidates
