We are seeking a Principal Program Manager with 20+ years of experience to lead high-impact programs, manage enterprise portfolios, and deliver strategic executive communications. The candidate will drive complex initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align delivery with business objectives for measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program & Portfolio Leadership
Collaborate with C-suite to build strategic roadmaps that drive enterprise objectives.
Spearhead high-stakes, cross-functional programs to deliver transformative business impact.
Optimize enterprise portfolios by aligning interdependencies for maximum value and risk mitigation.
Executive Influence & Strategic Reporting
Present compelling, data-driven insights to executives through strategic briefings and dashboards.
Serve as the trusted bridge between leadership and delivery teams, shaping strategic outcomes.
Provide actionable recommendations to steer programs based on performance analytics.
Change Leadership & Transformation
Architect communication strategies to ensure seamless adoption of enterprise solutions.
Orchestrate stakeholder alignment, readiness, and training for strategic initiatives.
Drive cultural alignment to embed transformative change across the organization.
PMO Excellence & Capability Building
Mentor talent to elevate team performance and strategic delivery capabilities.
Develop innovative methodologies to enhance PMO’s strategic impact.
Champion enterprise-wide delivery excellence through standardized, high-impact practices.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Governance
Partner with different business functions to align requirements with strategic goals.
Oversee budgets and vendor ecosystems to ensure fiscal and strategic alignment.
Enforce proactive risk governance and compliance with enterprise standards.
Data-Driven Strategic Execution
Leverage tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Tableau to drive precision in program execution.
Define KPIs to monitor strategic alignment and program health.
Deliver high-impact reporting via Confluence and PowerPoint to guide executive decisions.
Qualifications
20+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading strategic enterprise programs/portfolios.
Proven track record driving multi-million-dollar initiatives with Agile/Waterfall expertise.
Exceptional strategic communication and C-suite influence capabilities.
Advanced mastery of Jira, Tableau, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Required)
PgMP, PfMP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM (Preferred)
ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) (Advantageous)

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
