Job Overview
This role leads the end-to-end program delivery of T-Mobile's commercial AI initiatives, spanning multiple cross-functional workstreams from early pilots through revenue-generating commercial launch. The role manages complex programs across product, platform, commercialization, and infrastructure tracks, coordinating stakeholders across AI CMZ, Network, T-Mobile for Business, Finance, Legal, and external partners. It is distinguished by its ability to drive execution discipline across parallel workstreams while maintaining strategic alignment through structured escalation cadences (daily standups, weekly flash reports, bi-weekly OpsCo, monthly SteerCo). Success is measured by MVP milestone achievement, pipeline development against commercial targets, and the transition from validated pilots to repeatable revenue-generating commercial models.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead program charter creation and communication across commercial AI workstreams, establishing mission, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement plans aligned to MVP launch milestones.
  • Define program scope and develop 30/60/90-day roadmaps and schedules across product, platform, commercialization, and infrastructure tracks; manage scope changes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Own and maintain the centralized PMO tracker as the single source of truth across all workstreams; produce weekly flash reports, bi-weekly OpsCo updates, and monthly SteerCo pre-read materials.
  • Identify and communicate risks across parallel workstreams; provide mitigation strategies and structured escalation paths to OpsCo and SteerCo for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI CMZ, Network, TfB, Legal, Finance, and external partners (ISVs, EY PMO); resolve cross-POD dependencies and ensure alignment with technical and commercial leaders.
  • Track and report on commercial KPIs including pilot progression, pipeline development toward revenue targets, pricing model validation, and channel partner activation milestones.
  • Support budget planning and resource management across commercial program workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Implement process controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards; manage vendor and ISV partner relationships and integration timelines.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years of industry experience as a program or project manager within a technology or commercial go-to-market environment, with a progressive record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through revenue. Experience with B2B technology, AI/ML platforms, or commercial product launches preferred. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $105,400 - $190,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
