Coupang Rocket Growth
About the team: Coupang’s Rocket Growth Team is responsible for 2P sellers who sell on Coupang. Our team’s responsibility spans the spectrum of the 2P seller's lifecycle like seller onboarding, listings, pricing, retention, supply chain, analytics, and country launches.
This is a very fast-paced and high impact opportunity and requires a mix of entrepreneurial mindset, tech chops to bridge solutions across teams, as well as the ability to dive deep and learn about the domain to be able to look around corners and identify challenges and gaps. Principal, Program Management will work across the teams in Rocket Growth, Partner teams, as well as our Operations and Business teams to ensure our critical projects are successful.
Responsibilities
- Strong blend of technical, business, and program management experience that enables seamless communication across teams, project execution and great customer reach.
- Own, manage and deliver multiple large scale, complex programs across organizations with ease of simplicity, taking teams along to the path of success.
- Own and Manage implementation E2E from Project charter, roadmap, plan, design, build, execute, deliver and monitor performance & adoption.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Who we are looking for:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, fast learner, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration, outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Minimum of 10 Years of Program/Project Management experience
- Bilingual Korean and English required
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities
- Knowledge or experience agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum).
