What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Product Roadmaps: Collaborate with stakeholders to build, refine, and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Business Case: Assist in building financial models and business cases for product enhancements, based on understanding of our customers and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Be a source of knowledge for customer behavior and needs, as well as the competition and peers.
- Tech and Market Understanding: Staying on top of industry developments and best practices in product strategy, portfolio management, and strategic planning
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Gather and analyze product performance on an aggregate level, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a similar role (financial services or fintech background a plus). Of which, at least 3 years of experience in strategy or similar roles.
- Proactive and self-motivated that can work autonomously.
- Proven ability to translate market data and insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting data and strategy to different levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to build relationships and gain buy-in for new ideas.
- Comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree: Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
- Familiarity with languages – advantage
