Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves a unique blend of technical depth in EDA tools, creativity, and marketing prowess to drive product positioning, messaging, for our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EDA industry, market trends, and customer needs, coupled with the ability to articulate complex technical details in a compelling and accessible manner.

As a member of the Product Marketing Team in the System and Verification Group, you will partner closely with development teams, application engineers and account teams to help define and drive the go to market strategy for our AI-Driven Verification Full Flow. This involves understanding customer verification challenges, and recognizing trends in the market place as our customers develop cutting edge ICs across a variety of end markets. You will have an opportunity to acquire both breadth and depth of technical and business knowledge, get wide exposure to the top semiconductor companies, and have the ability to influence both the solutions we develop and the how the value proposition is communicated both internally and externally.

This role also provides a front-row opportunity to participate in the evolution of AI-Driven solutions addressing the most pressing verification problems.

Experience and Technical Skills required

  • 7 to 11 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or related roles within the Semicon/EDA industry in IC verification or similar technical domain.
  • Customer facing experience in a highly technical role (application engineering, product engineering, technical marketing)
  • Strong technical background in EDA tools, methodologies, and the semiconductor design process.
  • Proven ability to develop creative and impactful marketing content and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive language.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience collecting and refining requirements and communicating to development teams.
  • Able to effectively distill and communicate complex technical concepts to straightforward, value based messages.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gain deep product knowledge and identify key features and benefits that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create compelling content for a variety of channels, including website copy, product datasheets, blogs, case studies, presentations, and videos, to articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and position our products effectively.
  • Engage with customers, sales teams, and industry partners to gather feedback and insights, fostering strong relationships and aligning marketing strategies with market needs.
  • Support sales and business development efforts through the creation of training materials, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Independently define and drive both internal and outbound technical marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate features and value proposition of new new solutions with key internal and customer stake holders
  • Partner with sales team to help drive account strategy and campaigns.
  • Evangelize and drive adoption of new technology across customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify key challenges to be addressed by enhancement to our solutions.
  • Collaborate with worldwide AE teams and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science or a related field and MBA preferred.
