This is a senior people-lead role. You will manage a team of PMs, set strategic direction for platform and fulfilment capabilities, and partner directly with engineering, operations, and commercial leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities :
Platform & Marketplace
- Own the product vision and roadmap for seller-facing and marketplace platform capabilities — Brand Partner tooling, seller portal, catalogue management, and order management systems.
- Drive platform scalability and governance: ensure new capabilities are designed for reuse, reliability, and long-term maintainability across multiple markets.
- Define and enforce standards for integrations, APIs, and data flows between internal systems and external partners.
- Own platform capabilities supporting fulfillment operations: OWMS integrations, crossdock flows, last-mile handoffs, and returns processing.
- Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions — reducing manual effort, improving SLA adherence, and enabling new fulfillment models (JIT, FBZ, 3PL).
- Lead product decisions on fulfillment model design in close collaboration with commercial and operations stakeholders.
- Manage and grow a team of Product Managers; set clear goals, coach on craft, and create accountability for delivery and impact.
- Engage senior leadership (COO, CTO, VP Operations) to align roadmap priorities with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for Brand Partners and regional operations teams on platform and fulfillment matters.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data, commercial, and operations — turning ambiguous business needs into clear, executable requirements.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for the domain; hold the team accountable to outcomes, not output.
- Use data, operational analysis, and user research to identify gaps, prioritise improvements, and validate solutions.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within your team.
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role; direct experience managing other PMs.
- Deep domain knowledge in one or more of: marketplace/seller platforms, OMS/WMS systems, e-commerce fulfilment operations, or enterprise operational tooling.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder platform products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong systems thinking: able to navigate technical complexity, understand integrations and data flows, and make sound architectural trade-offs with engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable influencing without authority, presenting to C-level, and managing expectations across internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with agile practices: backlog management, sprint planning, cross-team delivery coordination.
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage.
