We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our global Fulfillment Portfolio team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—owning core capabilities within Sabre’s Order Management Suite, enabling airlines and travel partners to deliver seamless booking and post booking experiences. As a Lead Product Manager, you will own product direction and delivery across reservations, with a strong focus on booking and post booking workflows including PNR and servicing. You will operate independently, partner closely with engineering and engage stakeholders across customers and commercial teams. This role requires deep domain expertise in airline reservations or GDS, strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap, priorities and delivery for reservations capabilities across airline and GDS domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
- Define features, manage backlog and guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on time and within scope.
- Engage stakeholders across customers, sales and internal teams to gather requirements and align outcomes across the product lifecycle.
- Drive product adoption and performance through data, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives across booking and servicing flows.
- Act as subject matter expert for booking and post booking workflows, supporting demos, solutioning discussions and internal enablement.
Preferred qualifications and education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management within airline technology, GDS or travel platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge of reservations, including booking, PNR, servicing, queues or group bookings.
- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations and scalable system design.
- Proven ability to manage product delivery end to end and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
