To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior or Principal Product Manager to lead our Discovery AI portfolio, with a core focus on our Search and Recommendations products. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for shaping the future of how millions of shoppers discover products online. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for two of our most critical products, working at the intersection of AI, e-commerce, and user experience

Our Discovery AI suite, powered by our proprietary brainpowa™ LLM, is a next-generation AI discovery layer for commerce. It moves beyond simple keyword matching to understand shopper intent, visual context, and behavioural signals, creating a dynamic and personalized discovery journey. The Search and Recommendations products are at the heart of this, and you will be responsible for their continued innovation and growth

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own the Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the Search and Recommendations products, aligned with the broader Discovery AI and company goals
  • Drive the Roadmap: Develop and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Lead Product Discovery: Conduct deep market and user research to identify new opportunities and unmet needs. Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to bring your product vision to life. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Define and Measure Success: Define and analyse key metrics to measure the success of your products. Use data to inform your decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary advocate for our customers, deeply understanding their pain points and working to solve their most pressing challenges
  • Communicate with Impact: Clearly and effectively communicate your product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products. Experience in AI, search, recommendations, or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and data scientists. Familiarity with semantic search, vector databases, and recommendation algorithms is highly desirable
  • Customer-Obsessed: A deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems. Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analysis
  • Strategic Thinker: The ability to think big and develop a long-term product strategy, while also being able to execute and deliver results in the short-term
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Data-Driven: A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
