Job Title: Principal Product Manager – Finance Business Systems (NetSuite, RevPro)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to lead and optimize our Finance Business Systems portfolio, with primary focus on NetSuite ERP, RevPro Revenue Automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Revenue (Q2R) process, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record of driving business value through technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, Sales Ops) and technical teams, ensuring system capabilities align with evolving business needs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Strategy
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for NetSuite, RevPro and Quote to Revenue systems.
Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business value and stakeholder input.
Drive continuous improvement in Quote-to-Revenue workflows, from lead conversion to revenue recognition.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Order Management, and Sales Ops to gather and refine requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT delivery teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and process mapping exercises.
3. Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with developers, integration specialists, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
Ensure all changes adhere to SOX, audit, and compliance requirements.
Oversee system integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, RevPro, Coupa, and other related applications.
4. Process Optimization & Best Practices
Champion best practices for Q2R, Order-to-Cash processes.
Identify and eliminate manual workarounds, improving automation and data integrity.
Leverage system capabilities to drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in financial operations.
5. Governance & Documentation
Maintain product documentation, process flows, and change logs.
Support UAT, training, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
Ensure proper release planning and communication to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Experience: 12–15 years in Finance Business Systems or ERP product ownership roles, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
System Expertise:
NetSuite ERP: Strong hands-on experience in GL, AR, AP, billing, revenue recognition, intercompany processes, FX, and financial reporting.
RevPro (Zuora Revenue): Deep understanding of ASC 606 compliance, revenue contract arrangements, performance obligations, and automation workflows.
Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle, including contract management, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and compliance.
Integration Experience: Proven track record managing cross-platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite ↔ RevPro ) and ensuring data consistency across systems.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to work with senior Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leaders to define priorities and translate business goals into technical deliverables.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with SQL or reporting tools.
Project Management: Skilled in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proven ability to influence without direct authority.
Preferred:
Experience with SaaS billing models (subscription, consumption, hybrid).
Knowledge of advanced NetSuite modules (ARM, Multi-Book, OneWorld).
Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, SnapLogic, or MuleSoft.
Background in global finance operations with multi-currency, multi-entity environments.
Exposure to AI/automation in finance processes (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
