Job Description

What will you contribute?
As a Principal Product Manager responsible for Americas, you will manage life cycles of assigned products or services within our lending solutions portfolio to optimize profit and meet client expectations, marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This includes strategic market analysis & definition of product direction, business case development, market research, development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion, and strategies associated with new and existing products(s). Oversight and monitoring of strategic roadmap and client delivery projects, and providing the needed information to all impacted areas of the company related to the Corporate and Syndicated Lending product portfolio.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Principal Product Manager will include, but not limited to, the following: 

  • Develop the product roadmap and ensure alignment to the overall platform business strategy with particular focus on US customers and priorities (e.g Versana/fintech integration)
  • Build out Simplified Servicing capabilities to compete with US incumbents along with developing Nexus/ESG Lending and modernisation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the global product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements.
  • Prepare and present product plan, KPIs, and timelines both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved for Lending BU in US markets
  • Maintain a high pace of product innovation based on customer feedback and market opportunity especially within US
  • Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Prioritize as necessary to execute against plan throughout the year


Qualifications

Skills Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience within Lending Business/ Fintech world with particular focus of US Market
  • Exposure/experience of using Loan IQ (preferred)
  • Understand current and future business requirements and translate into compelling narratives.
  • Ability to identify market trends and extract key requirements through customer engagements.
  • Highly analytical and possesses a data focussed approach to decision making.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse array of senior stakeholders. Comfortable presenting at C-level and ability to build credible and influential Exec-level relationships.
  • Significant domain knowledge within the Banking and Technology industries
  • Client focused, self-directed, and motivated.
