The Role
We're hiring for a seasoned Product leader to own SoFi At Work. The At Work Product and Engineering team will lay out the foundational platform services to support SoFI's Enterprise offering for employers. Today this offering comprises SoFi's Employer Financial Wellness solution, including student loan contribution matching, 529 college savings plans, tuition reimbursement, financial education tools, and more. It is an opportunity to define what SoFi Enterprise product should be.
What you'll do:

  • Lead the product vision and refinement of the SoFi At Work platform, SoFi's enterprise offering to employees including Financial Wellness tools and Employer Contribution Benefits.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to drive adoption of their products through the At Work channel
  • Lead continuous experimentation to drive higher rates of conversion across all At Work surfaces including landing pages, product funnels, and within the SoFi mobile app
  • Be able to lead in a fast paced agile environment
  • Define and drive KPIs that measure success for the next generation of SoFi's enterprise financial services
  • Work extremely closely with engineering and design to build platforms to meet business goals


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 8+ years product management
  • Entrepreneurial leadership expertise in the B2B2C space for HR employee benefits space, ideally in startup experience at Series A or Series B companies
  • Anticipate opportunities in the market to differentiate functionality & needs that can help Sales / BD team close deals against competitor pitches.
  • Dual client and consumer focus to lead product development for clients that will also satisfy and delight the needs of end-consumers.
  • Demonstrated experience building, shipping and maintaining platforms that power client requirements at scale, while serving consumer-facing products.
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal, especially with engineering and other PMs.
  • Successful experience leading experimentation and funnel optimization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines.
  • Experience leading highly technical solutions by evaluating technical concepts, managing tradeoffs and determining opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically


Nice to haves:

  • Drive customer success and partner support by delivering tooling and analytics to ensure customer success, self-serve resolving partner support issues
  • Deep understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) and/or B2B2C products including delivering product iterations within sales cycles
