What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spearhead the product vision and roadmap, focusing on delivering seamless balance viewing, token tracking, and unified asset management experiences across all business lines
- Drive product development through clear requirements definition, translating complex user needs into actionable engineering specifications while ensuring optimal user experience
- Shape the future of asset portfolio features through continuous market research, competitive analysis, and technology trend monitoring to maintain product innovation leadership
- Lead comprehensive user research initiatives and data analysis to identify emerging user needs, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall portfolio management experience
- Own key performance metrics and analytics, establishing measurement frameworks to drive product optimization and strategic decision-making
- Mentor and coach junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
- Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, and building data analytics products.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features, including asset portfolio management, and data visualization.
- In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Passion for cryptocurrency trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
