YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:We seek a seasoned product leader (IC role with potential to grow into leadership) with experience in launching and growing 0 to 1 new initiatives.
- Define and drive the product strategy for the new initiative.
- Use intuition, research, and data to drive decisions, measure product performance, communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog, and deliver great user experiences.
- Be extremely customer-centric and able to empathise with customer pain points.
- Apply first-principles thinking to challenge the status quo and break down complex problems into smaller, solvable parts.
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities across marketplace products.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the team’s work is clearly understood and supported.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 2 years as a Senior or Principal Product Manager.
- Previous experience in launching 0 to 1 products and making them successful.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English; German language skills (spoken and written) are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Deep empathy for users and a strong drive to identify and solve their pain points.
- Strong commercial mindset; customer-focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
