About the Role
The Experiences Tribe owns the product surfaces that carry every member and customer through their lifecycle on Multiplier: onboarding, time & attendance, expenses, offboarding, and the core product experience that ties them together. This work sits directly upstream of payroll: the accuracy and speed of what happens here determines whether Global Payroll runs clean across 150+ countries.
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to take ownership of a significant pillar of work within this tribe, operating with the scope and judgment of a product leader while staying close enough to the detail to unblock real customer issues week to week.
What You Will Be Doing
Your mission is to go deep into a critical product surface, whether that's onboarding, time & attendance, expenses, or a Clarity workstream, and drive outsized impact for customers and members through sharp strategy, fast execution, and relentless customer empathy.
You will:
• Own strategy and outcomes for a significant pillar of work within the Experiences Tribe, going deep enough in the domain to spot the highest-leverage problems yourself.
• Build deep customer empathy through direct exposure (calls, tickets, Gong, sales conversations) and use it to separate real problems from noise.
• Move fast: run rapid experiments with customers, ship lightweight solutions, and iterate based on real signal rather than waiting for a perfect plan.
• Operate entrepreneurially, scoping and driving initiatives with minimal hand-holding, comfortable making calls in ambiguity and course-correcting quickly.
• Define what impact looks like for your area up front, instrument it, and hold yourself and the team accountable to it.
• Work cross-functionally and across time zones with design, engineering, payroll, compliance, and go-to-market teams to get things shipped.
• Translate voice-of-customer signal into a ranked, evidence-backed set of priorities, and defend those tradeoffs clearly with data.
• Balance deep, focused execution in your domain with high-priority client escalations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
What We Are Looking For
• 10+ years in product management, including several years owning meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment.
• A background in HRMS, payroll, fintech, or another regulated / data-heavy domain is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to go deep into a domain quickly, build genuine customer empathy, and use it to find the highest-leverage problems.
• An entrepreneurial operator: comfortable scoping ambiguous problems, running fast experiments, and shipping without waiting for perfect information.
• A track record of defining and measuring impact, not just shipping features, able to show what changed for customers and the business.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across time zones and distributed teams.
• Strong operational and negotiation skills, with experience managing stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to make complex tradeoffs simple enough for fast, confident decision-making.
• Comfortable working independently and autonomously in a distributed, remote-first team, while balancing focused domain work with urgent client escalations.
