- Strategic Product Leadership:

- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level Authorization process, with demonstrated experience guiding products through authorization and certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex product initiatives. • Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes.
- Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
