Join the Enterprise product team in NVIDIA IT to drive the development of outstanding solutions to improve employee experience, business productivity and to drive IT operational efficiencies. As part of this initiative, we are building generative AI-based conversational virtual assistants, copilots for enterprise applications, operations management solutions and other forward-looking solutions across IT and other business functions including sales, HR, finance, and supply chain balancing build-vs-buy investments. As a product manager, you will drive the vision, roadmaps, product deployments, and the associated business outcomes for all of NVIDIA, primarily in the supply chain AI space. We use NVIDIA’s own top-notch generative AI models, mathematical optimization models, speech recognition, image recognition, log processing, and other technologies in our work. What you will be doing:

  • Envision the next generation enterprise products in Supply Chain AI, translate the vision to practical and executable roadmaps, work with the engineering team to build and deliver solutions.

  • Ensure use case definitions, system design, safety and other elements of the product are appropriately analyzed and aligned with the product goals.

  • Proactively identify gaps that may exist in the product or development process and drive effort to close the gaps.

  • Define and measure business outcomes, and manage day-to-day technical and design direction.

  • Breakdown requirements into epics, and stories in tools such as Aha, and Jira/GitLab. Prioritize features based on business case, and user feedback and drive sprint plans, roadmaps, and product features with the engineering teams.

  • Drive user studies, product evaluations, case studies and collaborate with partner teams to provide valuable feedback and help improve the product ecosystem.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably graduate degree in Computer Science, MBA or other related product management fields.

  • 12+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, shipping either customer facing or employee facing products by working with engineers, designers, and data scientists resulting in significant business impact.

  • Strong Technical Product Management experience building AI/ML products for Supply Chain Optimization including experiences building mathematical optimization models.

  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Former engineering background and hands on prototyping & product design mock-up skills.

  • Hands-on expertise and understanding of NVIDIA’s products, GPU-optimized compute stack, familiarity with NVIDIA software strategy & products, familiarity of working with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs), open-source frameworks such as Lang Chain, Langflow, Langsmith etc.

The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
