What you'll do...

As a Principal Product Manager on Walmart’s eCommerce Product team, you will own the omnichannel customer growth lifecycle from in store to digital eCommerce to adoption of services like Auto Care helping our customers finding what they want at Every Day Low Prices.  

 

In this role, you will work cross functionally with stakeholders across business, marketing, operations, data science, design, engineering, and other product teams to acquire, activate and retain customers, increase order frequency, and optimize user experience and engagement.

What you will do:  

  • Develop and get buy in from key stakeholders on a holistic strategy for omnichannel consumer growth 

  • Drivingproductlifecyclefrom requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts 

  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders across the company in business, marketing, operations, engineering, analytics and other product teams to execute on the consumer growth and engagement strategy.  

  • Conducting industry and competitive analysisto understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.  

  • Developing and enhancing products– you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks 

  • Building collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership 

  • Providing overall directionby analyzing business objectives and customer needs 

  • Bachelor's degree required (Technical degree strongly preferred) 

  • 7+ yearsin productmanagement,self-serveplatforms, customer experiences, automation and dataanalytics.Experiencein scale consumer products 

  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize 

  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven abilityto influenceothers internally and externally

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
