Leveraging your consumer-facing product leadership and strategic insight, you are the driving force behind the vision for the evolution of the sports of Wrestling and Grappling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion the product discovery process and orchestrate the execution of a complete redesign of flowrestling.com

  • Lead the consolidation of owned and acquired properties in the sport of Wrestling to a single, essential destination for the sport

  • Partner closely with the PM of B2B Combat products to drive your strategy from B2B Sports Management Platform to B2C Subscription business

  • Drive your Product strategy for combat sports to gain alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, and Rights partners at both strategic and executional levels to deliver products that are aligned across the company while delivering a customer-centric offering

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must be in Austin, on site 4 days a week. Remote is not an option.

  • Passion for combat sports and a deep understanding of the nuances of sports like Wrestling and Grappling

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management

  • You have strong experience with SAFe agile or another similar methodology

  • You are a strategic and visionary product manager, known for driving product strategy across multiple large initiatives

  • Clear track record of 0-to-1 product launches, including a redesign of large, complex products with a high bar for quality

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering consumer-facing products and features, with a focus on user experience and engagement

  • Strong background in design thinking, customer segmentation, and known for coaching others on product discovery techniques

  • Ability to draw upon extensive pattern recognition, and guide others in recognizing great and poor UX patterns to provide holistic and elegant customer experiences

  • Experience building products that span across platforms, including web and native app

  • You have a working knowledge of data platforms, and can demonstrate systems thinking to navigate the challenges of B2B2C architectures

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data, and coach PMs on refining their analysis and decision-making

  • You are a creative problem solver that thrives in complexity, consistently identifying risks and helping others de-risk effectively

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex product tradeoffs clearly to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional peers
