Job Description
The data acquisition capability/department takes care of important aspects, of how our customers ingest data into the Dynatrace platform. This includes cloud Integrations, the ActiveGate, K8s operator and the extension framework.
Responsible for...

  • Be responsible for leading the capability - together with the Leadership Team, you're responsible for the Vision, Mission, and Roadmap + Prioritization (+JIRA)
  • Represents the leadership team / API of the capability (internal & external)
  • Understands and communicates the "Why", identifies the pain and opportunities for additional customer and business value within the capability
  • Supports the leadership team with strategy, key invest areas and is aligned with the company's business goals
  • Drives resource planning (staffing) and other capability-related costs (cloud costs)
  • Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and setting an example for product managers.
  • Drive capability initiatives to facilitate collaboration between various departments and stakeholders, ensuring that external and internal stakeholders are aligned and exchanging information effectively.
  • Evaluate and enhance communication with customers (e.g. through Customer Advisory Boards) and customer-facing departments, aiming at improving our ability to inform, retrieve feedback, excel in support situations and effectively handle any escalations that may arise.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role within a software product company.
  • 3+ years in a product lead role, preferably larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Experience in the application performance- or cloud space.
  • Being able to handle complex conversations, externally with our customers and internally with our senior Stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, hands-on mentality and proactivity
  • Clear sense ofownershipand accountability, excellentcommunicationskills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as strong bias for action.

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salaryin line with qualifications and experience.
