What You Will Do  

You'll co-own our AI product end-to-end, from discovery to business outcome. You'll set directions to product managers who each own parts of the product, while staying close to customers and internal stakeholders. With designers and engineers, you'll make sure we build the right things and build them well. This is a pivotal role to help execute an ambitious vision. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Co-own the product 

• Co-own our AI product end-to-end, from market research and discovery through to UAT and release together with product design and engineering 

• Translate user needs into relevant business outcomes, not just features and products 

• Contribute to product vision, strategy and roadmap in close partnership with leadership 

Teaming 

• Foster an empowered team across product, design and engineering to deliver great outcomes 

• Set direction for and coach other product managers who own parts of the product 

• Understand and align with senior management and all other business stakeholders to ensure outcomes pay into vision and strategy 

Stay close to the customer 

• Be the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals 

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive products so thinkcell stays ahead of the curve 

• Use latest technology to deploy best-in-class discovery  

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Experience: 5+ years as a product manager on software products, including a track record of mentoring or leading other PMs 

• User-centricity: a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into impactful, efficient, and delightful products and business outcomes 

• Technical & AI fluency: strong IT affinity, understanding of how our products are built, and familiarity with AI products and technologies (experience shipping AI-powered products a plus) 

• Communication: outstanding communicator who partners effectively with engineering and builds compelling presentations (PowerPoint experience a plus) 

• Resilience and adaptability: thrives under pressure, embraces evolving processes, and stays focused on delivery 

• Language: fluent in English, written and spoken
