The Principal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Analyst - Centric will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a particular focus on Centric PLM. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Master Data, and IT, to ensure the PLM system meets business requirements and supports efficient product development processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain the Centric PLM system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

  • Optimize Centric PLM workflows to improve collaboration and reduce GTM time.

  • Conduct data analysis to support product development decisions, and drive improvements in the PLM processes.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for PLM system enhancements.

  • Ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems.

  • Strategize and govern implementation and rollout of integration projects with PLM.

  • Design and implement system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.

  • Provide business process assessment and alignment to streamline and standardize requirements across brands.

  • Oversee Centric development and deployment of PLM solutions.

  • Provide support to PLM users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure increased proficiency and adoption rate.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and user manuals.

  • Lead and participate in PLM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of PLM processes and systems.

  • Drive Critical Path Roadmaps using project management tools for accountability and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Centric PLM software, data analysis tools, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and additional Data Architecture integrations (DAM, PIM, CRM, B2B).

  • Experience with system integration and data migration.

  • Proven process enhancement and strategic planning skills to drive efficiency in product development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst role, with a focus on PLM systems.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion, retail, apparel development processes and lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Projects.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices in PLM and product development.

  • Data Analytics Certification

  • Centric PLM Certification
