We are looking for a Principal Product Integration Engineer to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Director, Advanced Manufacturing and will be based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Integration Engineer to drive, DfX / DFM / NPI readiness for current and future products, ensuring smooth product to equipment integration and scalable manufacturing. This role requires a proven track record in equipment and process development, and integration within R&D and manufacturing environments.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
  • Lead the DfX / DfM and Product integration functions for the AME team in DE.
  • Collaborate with process and design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
  • Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POC's and other experiments to ensure new equipment meets all targeted specifications.
  • Ensure process capability throughout development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with remote engineering teams and suppliers.
  • Work with global teams and various time zones.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
  • MS or PhD in engineering field or applied science preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in equipment and process development, and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
  • Knowledge of DfX, DfM and/or Product integration functions.
  • Ability to collaborate with process, design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
  • Experience with equipment suppliers management and process stabilization. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams and travel up to 10-20%.
  • Experience in high-volume large format manufacturing is a plus.

Salary Ranges:$130,400.00 - $187,600.00
