Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and waste elimination.
- Perform FMEA, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve process-related issues.
- Establish and maintain Work Instructions, OCAP, FMEA and Control Plan documents as per QMS requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to maintain stable production processes.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification activities. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare and present technical reports and process performance reviews.
- Lead electrode-related process improvements from development through production
- Work with internal and external teams to define and lead advanced and next-gen electrode development
- Design and run well-designed experiments based on DOE methodologies and cell design principles with data driven mindset.

Qualifications:
- BS, or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science with 5+ years industry experience.
- Experience with data analysis software, and SQL for database querying.
- Experience in battery or coating industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
